  • Do you ship to my country?

    Yes! We ship worldwide, most orders take between 1-2 weeks using Royal Mail International. If you're in a rush, we also offer DHL Express which takes around 1-3 days.

  • How do I know if my Majoras fit?

    Our shoes run true to size just like your normal shoes. We recommend taking your normal size.

    Note, Majoras fit is designed to be worn with thinner socks which are included.

  • I entered the wrong address. Is it possible to change my delivery?

    Yes! If you entered the incorrect shipping address, let us know as soon as possible, we can still change this provided we have not already sent your item.

    If we have already shipped it out, we need to wait for Royal Mail to send this back to us, which can take 1/2 weeks. We are happy to send your package again however you will need to bear the cost of shipping. We suggest to place a new order in the meantime and we will refund the original order when we receive it back.

  • What's the returns policy?

    • Returns for items must be completed within 14 days from the delivery date.
    • A returns processing fee of 2.50 GBP per request will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • What's the International Returns Policy?

    To return an item please contact us at customercare@majoralondon.com. For the time being, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

    If you're based in the USA please contact us to arrange a cheaper form of returns.

  • Do you make BeSpoke Shoes?

    Not yet. Soon though.
