Returns Policy

UK Returns

  • Returns for items must be completed within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • A returns processing fee of 2.50 GBP per request will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Contact us below to receive your pre-paid shipping label.
  • Please note: Items must be repackaged as you found them, including the white shipping box. Any damages to shoes and accessories will be deducted from your refund.
  • We cannot accept Mojaris that have been worn outside. Therefore, we kindly ask you to make sure you try them on inside on carpet before you wear them outside to ensure they fit to your liking.
  • Bespoke Mojaris cannot be returned, only exchanged for size. 

     USA Returns

    • For customers in the USA, please contact us. We can help you arrange a cheaper and easier way to return your item.
    • When returning an item, please make sure to put it in the shipping box we provided, including the double box, to ensure adequate protection during shipping. Any damaged to shoes accessories will be deducted from your refund. 

    International Returns

    • For International orders, customers are required to pay for the postage charges back to us. This cost will not be refunded.

    How to return your item?

    • Take it to your nearest Royal Mail drop off point and they can print it for you, just show them the returns label on your phone. Your nearest Royal Mail drop off point can be found at
    •  Please return the shoes in the box and bag (if possible) they arrived in ensuring there is adequate packing to protect the contents.
    • Allow at least 5 working days for the package to reach us. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 7 business days of receipt. Funds may take a further 5 working days to appear in your account.


    • If you wish to switch to a different size without any delay, we kindly ask you to return the order for a refund and proceed to place a new order online.

    • Please note that exchanges are dependent on availability. If the desired size is not in stock at the time we receive and inspect your return, we will refund your payment and inform you via email. If you have any other questions, please refer to the information provided below.
